Return Offer
1. Pick your tree.
2. Pay for your tree (and saucer if needed)
3. Arrange your delivery date
4. Upon delivery, keep your living tree watered by keeping the saucer topped up. The tree will draw water up from the saucer.
5. Keep your tree away from heat sources ie radiators. Please do not prune the tree, any damage may result in losing your discount.
6. Enjoy your Christmas
7. The living tree needs to be returned before mid January
8. Remove all decorations (except the odd chocolate)
9. If we delivered your tree, put the tree outside, then telephone 01522 752762 to let us know it is ready to collect.
10. Once we have your living tree back, you will be eligible for 25% discount off a similar size living tree next season. (Discount is based on the current full price).
All trees reserved from previous year must be paid for before 31st October or they will be returned to stock.
